External Calendar Integration

Mosaic lets you sync your personal digital calendar with the platform, so you can easily view school events in your own calendar.

Copy the Calendar Link

If you use Google Calendar or another calendar app that allows you to add a calendar from a URL, you can easily integrate Mosaic’s calendar into your personal calendar.

To get started, click the ⋮ dropdown menu next to New event and select Copy calendar URL. The URL for your school’s Mosaic calendar will be copied to the clipboard. You can then go to your digital calendar and add this calendar. You only need to do this one time. Once you have added the calendar, all future updates to the Mosaic calendar will automatically synchronize in your personal calendar.

For Google Calendar, after you have copied the Mosaic calendar URL, find Other calendars at the bottom of the left menu and click the + to add other calendars. From the dropdown menu, select From URL and then paste the link that was copied from Mosaic.

At this time, the process for automatically adding the Mosaic calendar to Google Calendar is not working as expected. We are actively working on adding functionality to make syncing with Google and other calendar tools and services easier in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

FAQ

Are there any privacy concerns with syncing my calendar?

Mosaic does not access any of your personal calendar information in order to display school events in your Google Calendar. Your personal events and other data remain private and are not accessed by Mosaic.

Will my personal events in Google Calendar appear in Mosaic?

No, only school events from Mosaic will appear in your Google Calendar. Your personal events in Google Calendar will not be imported into Mosaic.
